1. Who we are

Kryeo is a software development agency operated by Agensphere, with its principal place of business at Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at hello@kryeo.com.

We are the data controller (the “data fiduciary” under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for personal information collected through this site.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, and the contents of your message. We ask only for what we need to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential material you would not want sent by email.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps) to operate and secure the site.
• Analytics. If website analytics is enabled, we collect aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device category) to understand how the site is used. See Cookies and similar technologies. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager.

We do not collect special-category data (such as health, biometric, or political data) and do not ask for it.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
• To follow up about a potential or ongoing project.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where UK/EU data protection law applies, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (responding to your enquiry); our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (record-keeping, site security); consent (non-essential analytics, where required); and legal obligation where applicable.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential storage. We store your light/dark theme choice and your article text-size preference in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is never sent to us.
• Analytics / tag management. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (for example _ga and _ga_<id>) to measure how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or cross-site tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as needed:

• Vercel Inc. for website hosting and server logs (United States).
• Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts the email inbox that receives your enquiry.
• Google LLC provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Kryeo or others.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located in the United States, so your information may be transferred and processed there. Where such transfers are subject to UK/EU law, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you and for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case records are kept under the engagement agreement) or you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@kryeo.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we will make the update more prominent.
