Terms of Use
Last updated 1 Sept 2026
These terms govern your use of kryeo.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are not a services contract; any work Kryeo does for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Agensphere, which runs the Kryeo brand from Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India (“Kryeo”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Information only: no client relationship
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Viewing the site, or submitting the contact form, does not create a client, contractual, advisory, or other professional relationship. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
3. Permitted use
You may view the site and share links to it to evaluate our services. You must not:
- use the site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the site, its servers, or connected systems;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service, or use automated systems to do so without our permission;
- copy, republish, or redistribute a substantial part of the site's content without our written permission;
- submit false information, or another person's personal information without a lawful basis, through the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, layout, graphics, and original code of this site, and the Kryeo name and wordmark, are owned by Agensphere or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components are used under their respective licences. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site (including Medusa, Directus, Next.js, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Contact submissions
Please provide accurate information and do not send confidential material you would not want transmitted by email. We treat enquiries as confidential in practice (see our Privacy Policy), but we are not obliged to respond to every enquiry, and we may decline to work with anyone at our discretion.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
7. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. Any performance figures, case-study metrics, or timelines are indicative and are illustrative unless a page expressly states otherwise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
